Lacy and I have separate cages. When mama is home, we get to go anywhere around the condo that we want. I check out Lacy’s cage to see what she’s got in there. And Lacy checks my cage out, too.
But when mama leaves or goes to sleep at night, then we are put in our separate cages. Sometimes this is good, a guy needs his space after all. Sometimes it be nice to cuddle with that cute bun.
Lacy, Lacy, Lacy. She’s supposed to use the litter box. It’s very easy. I always use the litter box. In fact, once I was in another room and I had to stop what I was doing and run like a streak to get to the litter box in time. I made it just in time.
Lacy isn’t even trying to get the litter box. She intentionally pees on the carpet, on the tile, and where ever else she can. Though she never goes on mama’s bed or other furniture. I think she’s trying to mark all of my condo and make it hers.
What should I do?
I’m teaching Lacy to be the submissive bunny. I go right up to her and lay my chin on the floor. She then licks me for a long time. This is good.
Mama said something crazy. She said that the submissive bunny puts their head down lower than the other bunny’s head. That’s crazy. What does mama know? I’ve got everyone just where I want them. And I require lots of licking from Lacy and rubbing from mama.

Midnight Lace aka Lacy Cake
Lacy loves to explore.
top: Lacy is checking out everything.
Bottom right: She’s on the litter box . Mama used these litter boxes until she found out that the metal wire on the bottom of the boxes could wear out the fur on our feet.
Bottom left: Lacy is on top of the cat tunnel. This is fun even though mama thought we should go inside the cat tunnel. Well we do that, too.
Isn’t she a hottie!
